The operation video he sent home showed an interesting segment of his routing out a larger hole to pass the new ACL through using this auger-like tool to chew away parts of the bone and gelatinous tissues in the area.

Wow! Taht IS cool! Maybe you could cut out some stills and post 'em here online so we could ALL see? I'm especially interested in the gelatinous tissue.

Thanks in advance!

Yo Michael!
Glad the surgery went well but I'm sure sorry Monica has to go through all that. See--if she were lazy and sedentary like me, she wouldn't have these problems.
What is this thing with the videos of your operation! You're the second person to mention the practice in a week! Is it the new "in" thing to do? I remember that a couple of my hard-core natural childbirth friends insisted on taping the births of their babies. we hurt some feelings when we declined to watch. I was there for my own my own kids; that was enough.
Maybe I should ask for a tape of my next colonoscopy --I can show it if there's a lull in our big Christmas party.
