I too am very excited about the prospects on the EBT program, but I think we need to look at the facts.

According to the 10k, the company is targeting 10% of the market or 65 million transactions per year. Also in the 10k, it is stated that the company would get $0.02 per transaction. That would be $1.3 million per year in transactions and you could add $3.50 per statement on top of that. Then there's the Social Security EBT also. Social Security is 7 times larger. These are big numbers but no where near the numbers you are looking at. What you are referring to is total paid out in benefits for welfare (food stamps and aid to dependent children and welfare).
