Bob reiterated many of the things he has said in recent weeks:

* PE ratio at the 24 brick wall.
* Investors should not expect 30% yearly gains, 10% is much more likely
* Does not see a bear market
* Earnings growth will be in single digits this year
* Emphasizes dollar cost averaging to callers with new money
* Expects Europe to continue to do well

Additionally, he talked about the discrepancy between the gains in the large caps and the small caps this year. He attributed that to a couple of causes - "annual" summer tech stock doldrums happening a little early and international investment money has been flowing into quality, ie. large caps.
