Technically, ICVI "acquired" ME, a company that did not even exist. However, it was a "reverse merger." What that means is that ICVI was a piece of crap, but they had a listing. So they buy a new company called ME with a stock swap, and ME comes in and takes over the listing. So now instead of owning shares in a piece of crap, you own shares in ME. Within the next two weeks they will change the name, and you will not longer own a company whose name sounds like crap. YOu will own Mountain Energy, with 200M in assets, albeit still unexploited, with much more to come. What a country!!!
