The First Commerce deal is based on massive amounts of ACH transactions.

<<Wouldn't this Visa deal be going the other direction, less ACH transactions?>>

Benny, yes it is less ACH (which is a specified short message format, all electronic, clearing thru the FED) but it is not moving the other direction. Instead, it is moving to the other big settlement channel, VISA e-pay (which is a short message format, all electronic, settling thru VISA).

As with so many things CF is doing, the HUGE and historic impact is real, but will take a while to show up in earnings. The leadership position grows stronger and the lead lengthens.

So we wait.
