Dear LemonHead -- I'm not sure what point you're making -- that they have been in business this long? that they had that much investment in company? etc. This material looks like it's from the S-3 SEC document released in March.. The salient point is that they have a bundle of tax loss carryforwards that they can spread out over a number of years. That will buoy eps for quite a while.
