Hi Kurt:

Then if to be listed on Nasdaq small cap requires a 4 dollar bid, how can FAMH contemplate it unless with a reverse split.?

Lets see. To make my math easier I will assume 10 to 1 reverse split. If management says the earnings are much better than 10.85 cents, I will assume 15 cents. A 7 million shares O/S with an EPS of 1.50 and a conservative P.E. of 10 will give us a 15 dollar stocks.
That is 500 % the current value of FAMH.

If the first quarter of 98 is between 30 and 40 cents post split, the stock will hold above 15 dollars.

I think Kurt , you are referring about a company that has little or no earnings and does a reverse split, then it is crash city. On the other hand FAMH has outstanding EPS and I believe we will get exposures with analysts and money managers following the stock. FAMH will be the most undervalued stock in Nasdaq, as it is now. My guess is that it will be a 30 dollar stock post split within 3-6 months. A 1000% increase in value as of today.

Take care

Fred
