..you need to understand that "deflation" is a powerful force. presently the value of everything is deflating: the currency, the land, the stock market, the value of banks, the value of businesses, etc.

.....add this to the fact that they are sitting on hundreds of billions of bad loans and you have a stock market built on quicksand.

....as long as there is strong deflation everything is becoming cheaper--especially stock price.

.....i hope you understand the concept of deflation.
