no vested interest? Then why the myopic assumption that Netscape has been damaged somehow? I guess if the DOJ succeeds, there will be nothing stopping any software company who has failed in the marketplace from suing their competition.

Somehow I don't think it's going to be as easy as the supposed lawyer makes it sound. FWIW, they sure didn't sound like they knew what they were talking about. After all, if the DOJ prevailing against MSFT leaves MSFT wide open to any frivolous claim by competitors of MSFT, then it's true that the DOJ is doing NSCP's dirty work, i.e. prosecuting/complaining. That stinks.
