In fact I hope that it is true .... what wouldn't I want it to be true? The fact is though, before we can say with a reasonable degree of confidence those numbers are RELIABLE more work needs to be done. I bet even those at MINE would agree (that is why we have all of the reserve categories) .... as would the banks that will have to finance this operation (or whomever ends up financing it) .... so it is not a question of them being "liars or scammers" it is just a question of collecting more data to make sure the present data is reliable and accurately reflects the entire property. If the present data proves to be correct over the entire claim, then it would seem they have a large deposit .... if not - then they likely have something less ... the question is - how much less.
