Klaas, The news concerning loan can be used in any way management sees fit very positive.Another reason stock price is weak probably because of funds shying away from investing in companies with assets in third world countries.It appears there is a flight to quality and political stability.Kazakstan is also still tied to Russia for trade and commerce and the Russian stock market collapsed this week because of a huge rise in interest rates.I will again state that IMHO something will be worked out in Kazakstan and the stock will bounce back.Managements 15million share position is a very strong incentive for them obtain a positive settlement and get the shares trading in the .80 cent to $1 range.
