Matt: Don't you think that CL has caused enough damage on this patch? It is about time he learns some humility and stop calling others "morons" etc. I thought he disappeared for good but you keep bringing back his ghost. Have you ever tried to sum up the fortunes lost of various people on this thread, caused by his his constant hypy bullishness has caused (remember his "If your are not long you are wrong", at any price?)? I would not be surprised to find out that he caused cumulatively losses much greater than a million or two.

If CL was a "mench" he would have come here and apologize to all the people he led astray and stop his BS.

Just keep him out of here with his empty promises of a better future. Verifiable facts would be much better. I have heard the story of the "new" chemists from CL for two years now, and where has that led everyone? If indeed anyone at IPM is working on extraction, they are probably still in the process of peeling onions. In any event these should not be chemists anyhow, these have so far failed miserably. It is time to get in the ceramists and glass technologists, but he would not even guess why.

I told him about the moronic comments being made by thall and others in these threads.

If he is reading these threads why isn't he commenting himself. Do you really expect us to believe that he isn't posting under another name.

Dave

Matt: Since you seem to have CL's ear, maybe you can ask him if the next funding will be another floorless convertible like their last funding.

Matt: thanks for the encouraging news on the financing. It seems the company itself has forgotten what NR's and updates are are, so even tiny morsels of info from CL are appreciated. Can you elaborate on what exactly Bateman is doing in regards to the resource definition. Also, any comment on what the financing proceeds would be used for would be a great help.
Just a suggestion, perhaps reference to "moronic comments" and "negative idiots" should not be used in future communiques from CL. It only upsets the thread and is counter-productive. There's still a lot of folks out there with tire marks down their back and those kind of comments only bring back bitter memories. Even CL must realize the enormous task ahead of IPM. He might still believe in the potential of Black Rock, but we hold shares in IPM, and IPM is one sick puppy right now. Let's hope this financing comes thru. and we can get back to trading in the US. Just my .02 cents worth.

<< The mining industry as a whole is hurting so bad that's it's near impossible to raise even small amounts of cash, especially for the juniors. >>

Tell CL this is not true. Money is being raised evry week since the December low. Juniors, mid-tiers and seniors. If you have a good project, money is available.

Like a moth drawned to the amber brightness of a burning fire.
Is it a destructive burning, or that which arouse and stimulates.

Matt,
You contained in your post the following:
The following note is from C L:
...there has been a very subtle change in the
atmosphere surrounding the believability situation.
We've won over another person in govt. and ...
My question is use of the above word govt., is a reference
being made to the federal or state government or to the
governing body of NASDQA ?
WOL (WonderingOutLoud)
Which is more dangerous.

A golden bar of heart arresting 24 carat gold.

Matt, Cl, Frank or whoever this week:

<<I had a good laugh yesterday, was visiting with a metallurgist in PHX that is working on the extraction problem. I asked him why mining engineers just can't seem to get a grasp on what is going on with these companies. I told him about the moronic comments being made by thall and others in these threads. He's not real enamored with mining engineers to start with so I didn't expect much. Real simple he says, it's not a mining problem, it's chemistry/metallurgy -- how could an untrained person be expected to understand what's going on?>>

All I ask is explain the minerology. So who is your metallurgist?

<<You can't see it yet, but there has been a very subtle change in the atmosphere surrounding the believability situation. We've won over another person in govt. and we may have some more coming along behind him.>>

Who is your new govt. supporter? I understand that the BLM is looking at the DD's with new scrutiny. Have you noticed that MAXAM is not in production yet? I think the BLM is gathering their own samples.

CL, to quote you, "You are an idiot."
