What bothers me about this company is that this was the second quarter in a row that solid performance numbers were completely overshadowed by negative future expectations. This company and Ajay in particular better get a grip on what the ramifications are in shooing aside what could have been a good quarter report and a retracement of the stock back to the 30's. I'm not talking lawsuits at all. I'm talking about burning the analysts on wall street who quite obviously have the power to drive the net worth of the company and its shareholders into the ground. So you people think Fridays action was overblown? I don't. The analysts and MM's probably were more pissed off with the way the bombshell was presented than the news itself. They are punishing the company and us in general and I don't think there needs to be any rush to buy more of SMOD. I see it remaining at these levels for awhile. Now we will have to wait AGAIN for next quarters numbers before wall street will push it higher.....unless Ajay decides to say something that will drop the stock another 35%...A.K.

SMOD: Donanldson Lufkin Jenrette issued a report Friday
calling for a target of 22-25 in 12 mos.
Valuation numbers with the stock at 14 are excellent.

My 12mo. target would be $28-36.... But only If SMOD is not a broken company as Ajay said in CC.

I will look for lower prices for the next month....so pick your entry points.

I personally believe if the company is being overly cautious Q4 should be at least $200m given the ramp for Christmas season....the market is always growing.
