Good post, Andrew. A positive mental attitude will not put gold in the ground nor mine it from there, a negative attitude will not change the facts either. Attitudes and expectations have however an important impact on the stock price. Buoyant optimism make it rise while pessimism holds it down (until enough fact are known that the market has not much to SPECULATE on, one way or the other).
At this point, it does not matter to me, since I am in for more than short term speculation. That facts are that there is gold in Cangalli, that GE has a significant interest in the property.
Soon, production will start. In a few months we will know for sure if at least some of the humoungous pile of gold can be extracted profitably. Until then, I do not know that for a fact so I do not see how I could blame the naysayers for their attitude. Never forget that a lot of the skeptics have not always been skeptical. A large proportion of them have been burnt with companies and projects that looked like a sure thing and crashed. Cautious people may never become zillionaires, but they also rarely end up on the street.
Michel
