One final question..... is the following example correct?

100k shares of MIDLW exercised @ $0.50 will cost you $50,000 and you will receive a stock certificate for 100k shares of MIDL?

James I do not know because 54K is free trading and another 12K and 23K were given to ex insiders so based on that it all depends on the ex insiders if they sold. Regardless 54 internet traders have 62K in P so you tell me.
