If they were then the major currencies would not be dancing all over the SDRs. The struggle for Power and Prestige often over rides common sense. While in my travels I found the regular people a lot alike no matter were I went, but not the ones who held positions of power, at least not in a way conducive to fairness. While any one who cares to look can see world wide Justice is for sale to the highest bidder, I say that to make he point that Justice for sale is not exclusive to the U.S. My being a seaman most of my life causes me to see most of the world leaders as not being prone to common sense, but of course I'm peculiar and don't seem to have an excessive amount of common sense myself. I do see the level of exclusive clubs with it's roots in Europe more than in other parts of the world. If I go into taht very much I could cause myself problems I don't need and it wouldn't help anything anyway. ---------------- Just today; I see in the news paper that our El Nino is going to be replaced or followed with a La Nena. I wonder who dreamed up the names and why gender is now equated to a warm Vs cool ? --------------- Do you remember how we shipped the song of the Whale out into space so that some alien might hear it and be impressed. Picture yourself as the alien who finds this and can decode what the Whale is saying. " I am GOD ".
