You should have seen their website a couple of months ago. No BTO system was even available. Compaq is just on the verge of implementing the BTO system and we should see some radical changes in the coming months. Does anyone know how COmpaq will actually implement their BTO? Will their be a difference between the Presario line, the DeskPro, and servers/workstations? I feel that Compaq doesn't really need to change the Presario model that much. Any decent computer store that one can find a Presario should be able to add the extra goodies that the consumer wants. -Eddie

I agree with your regarding Compaq's web site. Their products show case pages do not have a link that lead to ordering of those products online. They don't seem to care to sell them online. I also try to find their LCD display monitor in online shopping area and can't find it. I have tried to send a comment to their web site and even that comment could not be sent successfully through the web after I tried several time, and they didn't provide an alternative way to send feedback by providing an email address.
