What's all the hubbub about the "par" value of shares.......

Hasn't anyone on this thread ever started a Corporation?

Or at least filed for a S-Corp?

Geeze, I own the only 100,000 shares of my company. What are they worth right now? Absolutely nothing, except for the small amount of capital I used to get up and running (i.e buy a computer and required software).

Anyway, pertaining to the specific question at hand, regarding the length of the period of restriction on JPC's shares, I didn't post any info on that, but I also do remember seeing it posted on the thread.

I re-read ProNetLink's "Certificate of Incorporation" for the State of Delaware" but could not find the language pertaining to these restrictions. I do believe Zagoren addressed this very issue, and that is where I'm going to check next.
