Kurt:

If there is a short position in the MIDLP, do you think it will have to be covered by Friday, May 29, since this is the SOR(shareholder of record date), which determines who is to receive the 50% stock dividend?

Thanks,

Wayne R.

Kurt with any stock it is impossible to figure out the exact total of shares. Impossible really. The ex-insides are no longer witht he company and the restriction is probably lifted on the time restraint.

The dividend will have to be registered and so forth. This is why I say it is going to be fun. Once the May 29,1998 comes they will try to hold off till the following monday and try to short it down and cause a major sell of. They may try to short against the dividend or even sell the dividend.

Please understand you do not just caught a short, especially a MM. All this short trap and crap is just hypsters on the internet looking for saps. This stock is not about a short trap or anything other than DF-144. If they are short they will have to cover if the investor hold strong for the reason as to why the dividend was paid then I guess who ever shorted or is short if there is one will get nailed.

They will do what it takes to get sells ... Be prepared.
