Jason, I think there are better stocks (IMO). What do you know about HCCA? If they have something in the works, it could do well, if not there are others at a penny who have something going on that MAY cause a rise in price. BICO.... Well it will take a lot of buying to move this one up. Float would gag a hippopotamus.
