What a refreshing thing to have someone new on the thread to share information. I wasn't aware of the book you mentioned on Nag Hammadi. I download eth bits of scrolls on one site and am curious if it is on line as well. Does anyone here have a website for transferring ideas for the purpose of existence? I have a world of stuff that I am sure is new in thought just as the Gospel of Mary was new to me. The Nag Hammadi were from the caves of the Essenes. The bible barely mentions them. I wonder why? HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!! Mary was a Colombe in the Essene ritual of light, life and love. Her advice was considered proper because she would reveal what saw as truth. That included bad as well as good. She could read the aura of a person and know his personality without him speaking a word. The ssenes left others alone to their thoughts and and shared with each other and were the only reported healers of the time.

Chris, referring to the left wing as the wrong wing pretty much shows where you are coming from regarding the Promise Keepers. But really, did you read the post I wrote carefully? Do you think Bill McCartney defending his players who had date raped young women was appropriate, since he apparently only considers it rape if a stranger is involved and there is a lot of violence?

You know Chris, a long time ago a friend of mine said,"Well as soon as some man from the promisekeepers messes up, the people opposing it will jump on it and not relent."
