TO ALL JNNER'S ..I WENT TO COSTCO!!! GOT THE NEWS!!!! Please excuse this long post but I am very excited after I visited my local Costco where one of my businesses is in Bellingham, Washington...then found the necessary Amerinet information (Bellingham location is promoting the Amerinet program)and I talked with the people running the program for Amerinet at the national headquarters for Costco in Issaquah, WA. about 1 1/2 hours from where I live. HERE IS THE DEAL!!! When I went to the Costco store in Bellingham...I found a turnstile loaded with pamphlets on the Amerinet services program as well as other services Costco is getting under way with such as long distance and small business credit card processing fees. I went to the desk and spoke with a lady that stated these services are offered to members that increase their membership to the new "Executive Member" status. It's free the first year and $60/year upgrade from a Business card after that. I asked her how it was going...she said though it is relatively new they have been getting alot of interest. She said to read the brochures then call the 1-800 number and find out more info. After a few calls I connected with the right people. First here is what the brochure has to say...by the way..this new Amerinet service is in fact being rolled out NATIONWIDE! This was stated by more than one person. After i talked with company headquarters...I called back and got someone else and they confirmed everything the other person had said...without them knowing I had talked to another person. THE BROCHURE SAYS...for the Mortgage program: "Amerinet guarantees you as a Costco member, the lowest combination of rate and points available on the day you lock. If not we will: transfer your loan package including appraisals to your lender of choice. Refund your appraisal and credit report fees if the lender of choice will not accept our appraisals and reports. *Pay you $100 for a copy of your final HUD-1 settlement statement. They show a rebate schedule and using one example it states that on a mortgage of roughly $200,000 the executive member saves $1,800 in fees as a rebate. They guarantee this program... WHAT THE BROCHURE SAYS FOR THE REAL ESTATE SERVICE PROGRAM: "Enjoy a rebate each time you buy or sell a home through a local real estate agent participating in the program. This program is administered by Amerinet. Home price $275,000 -$299,000 the rebate is $2,525." I believe that JNNE is only involved in the mortgage contract side. WHAT THE EXECUTIVE MEMBER UPDATE BROCHURE SAYS: "MORTGAGE, COSTCO STYLE" "I was kind of overwhelmed says Costco member Kelly Fagan. Fagan who purchased her home through executive membership real estate program. says the counselors at Amerinet, Costco's partner in the program, made the whole process much easier and a lot less expensive. She compared Amerinet with five other mortgage institutions and found Amerinets' fees to be quite a bit lower." WHAT COSTCO HEADQUARTERS SAYS ABOUT THE PROGRAM: "Currently we are in these states...Utah, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Colorado, California, Texas, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, and we just went in to Deleware, Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland." I said..."how is the program being received?" Both people at different times stated... "We are getting a tremendous amount of calls for the program...better than expected." I said..."are you planning on expanding the mortgage program?" Their answer..."YES...Across the United States...a complete rollout." I asked them if they were in other countries...They said.."Costco is in Canada as well as other countries...as long as we can deal through the government tape of those countries we cannot se why this program won't be offered worldwide in the future...for now definitely the United States." I asked them how Sams' Club (Walmarts BIG BOX RETAIL CONCEPT) is doing... the said "to give you an idea of how strong we are and to what degree we turn inventory...Costco has half the locations of Sams' Club...but last year we did 1 billion more in sales." I said..."so you think the program is successful"... they said..."Yes...very successful and we expect it to get even better as we go Nationwide." OKAY FOLKS... There you are... we have some facts before us.... Yes JNNE is doing the community marquee program and seeking to buy perhaps a publishing arm...but the real deal here...and remember that the Amerinet jointventure gives JNNE LIFETIME ROYALTIES...and they haven't even approached another Big Box retailer....YET. Anyway...the real deal is the Costco program and expected royalties to the bottom line of $12,000,000 next year. They have little costs in this program so the fees transmit to the bottom line. Brad...one of our board contributors...did a nice job detailing expected revenues, profits...earnings per share forecast, and industry PE and the pure numbers show if everything turns out like I am seeing....$3, $4, $5 is not out of the question. I definitely think if the fees come in a sexpected...$2 is a lock in my opinion sometime next year...Without anything more added. As a business owner, Yes i feel one day they will offer this program to others which will only make it better. In summary...whew!!! I feel with what i heard from the Costco Corporation...they love the program....feel it offers true value to their members....and are very excitied in rolling this nationwide. Remember....I called back and got the same answers from different people. They think it's great and are getting alot of interest from members with each new state added... In all...I am extremely happy with my investment...I will be holding for $5-$6-$7 Nasdaq...whatever comes my way or should i say JNNES' way. After speaking with Jnoes Naughton himself a year ago..I felt that this would be the result one day...He kept saying,"it may not be immediate...but I will increase shareholder value in a big way."
