RGP, until August, the "continuous floorless" is still affecting this stock whatever PR says. By the time August will come around, there will probably be another 8 to 12 MM shares in the float.

As for financing based on the two plant already owned by TTRIF, this is definitely a possible source of money, but I doubt any bank will advance the whole value of these assets as loan. 60% is a lucky guess.
