A MESSAGE FROM JOE LANZA Wes, Where are you getting all this crap? I have never controlled the daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly operations. Dennis Casey has run Airstar from September 4, 1996. I have made suggestions, none of which have been taken. Do you think I care about the promotion of Airstar, when no one listens! As far as consultation, I will stand by my suggestion, so far I am on the numbers. You and the others just don't get it! Perlow and a few others make statements, just like what came across on Friday, and you and others take it for gospel. I have no problems with giving up the contract if you or anybody else can show me and the others that somebody will really work with the shareholders and brokers, and watch out for our interest. I have tried that several times, and it has cost us a great deal of money, and they did nothing for us. What do you know about what I do? Let me ask you, when you call late at night, who do you get? When you call on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays like today, who is in the office? Ask Casey (Dennis or even Cliff) who gets into Sprint's and Fitzu's face if a problem comes up. I have been the whipping boy, P.R. investment banker, and consultant. I told the Board about Reg. S, but for their defense there was no other choice, thanks to old management. So Wes, don't imply things that are not true, and you know they are not. If you want to blame me for the way the company is run, I will take the job so the B.S. becomes factual. I would be responsible. I am a messenger and a shareholder. Do I, say Wes, TJS, and Jack, that it is your fault that the company is not what you expect? Enough. Lanza
