I trade with E*Trade and my account doesn't show that you can trade on margin....only cuz its still not a NASDAQ stock, its a OTC-bb.

Regarding buying DGIV on margin from ETRADE:

I just called and verified that it is still not marginable (for those of us not holding diverse portfolios). However I was also told that this marginable status for DGIV is currently being reviewed! hmmmmm!
Can't wait to double my position!
