What if!!

With all the prior private placements as reference, who is to say the DR IPO won't
involve the issue of additional shares? I'm still very long, but everybody's short term
estimates don't take all the possibilities into account. You gotta believe DR is going to
scream if your in this. Trying figure share valuation based on unknown percentages is
impossible IMHO.

TSQD is one of my favorite long-term stocks. I like it so much I took it off my watch screen and only have limit buy orders in @ $2.50.

Digital River is a cash cow, imo, for TSQD.

When I try to interest my friends in this strange TSQD play, they invariably ask about the complicated math. IMO, the best post on the math of the TSQD valuation is by Doc Stone. The post is #294. A word of caution, however, the numbers are old figures (4.8MM shares instead of 3.2MM, shares outstanding =10.9MM)). However, the formulas are beautifully displayed and explained. For you new folks, READ POST #294!
