tdc,

After reading your post, I don't understand: Why don't you own NCTI stock?

Negroponte's choice of "noise-cancellation" as one of the biggie growth arena's, leaves me thinking about what he means, and how big the present day problems are...
He mentions "out of phase", solutions, but many companies tout that base principle as their own. Can't help but going back to the patent records, and studies on the transmission range of devices( i.e. "Bluetooth" technology, and wearable computers) to enlighten myself.
Maybe he's right....

As far as Gekko is concerned, I was somewhat disappointed with the size(11x14). As a fellow audiophile, the "wall of sound" intrigues me. Of course you can group them in 4's(per channel) to get better surround. Gets expensive though, so maybe next year.
Maybe at PCExpo in NYC on June 16-18, will see some flat panel product launches in the laptop arena. Will let you know.
