And you can bank on it. <gg> Seriously, 1 billion people in a hostile neighborhood need heavy-duty industrial-strength protection. That is what India is doing for Bharat Mata and her children. Why would UK need a nuclear arms? It is in a safe neighborhood. So also France. When and since US with 200 million plus population needs protection, it goes without saying that 1 billion people need protection too. JPR
