I think there was some equipment moved to the site that shares were taken for in lieu of cash. I certainly stand to be corrected on this though, frankly not 100% sure.

My thoughts concerning fully diluted number of shares have not been confirmed, though I am not alone in thinking this way. Someone closer to Denver should phone the transfer agent to inquire, perhaps Jon Matz who seems to be close location-wise?
