hi pierre - ..... bascially there is no loss of share value since it is primarily a consolidation (reverse split) meant to increase individual share value of single shares.... btw, i hope anyone who reads this thread will attend the shareholder's meeting in ottawa june 15.... it will be a good chance to meet all the directors... that and we have a rather busy shedule to vote on so its a heavy business day .... i insist that you all attend as decisions made there will affect each and every shareholder...i.e, the bisset creek mine, r.w. elliot, etc....... i for one am not yet convinced the company needs to do this and i believe we really need to have a proper independent analysis done of the potential viability of a new mine.... i will ask scott and harold to provide me with assay numbers prior to the june 15 meeting..... otherwise, here is the best chance you will have this year to realize what any investment in APN will bring... see you all there....stu
