No, I don't believe so, the only 'public' release pertaining to TVSI/Aggression Sport, Inc. aquisitions( that I can find) has been a release defining NIWOT and it's subsidiaries, Boulder Design, JRAT and Mountain Mend as to being owned by Planet Sports (Raabe), now Aggression Sports. Steve Cayou , the previous CEO of TVSI did say that these were some of the smaller "accessory" aquisitions of Planet Sports/now Aggression Sports. I believe TVSI will commence PR on the aquisitions and I believe you will see something similar to ICVI , although ICVI's float is only 9MM. Steve Cayou did say the aquisitions generate around $100MM in revenues/yr. and there is also rumor that a hi-profile sports figure will fill one of the 2 vacant spots on the BOD. Like any BB investment, do your own diligence and note this stock has been heavily shorted down from $.30 and the upcoming PR should warrant the shortsellers to do some covering. If you have an interest in TVSI, I recommend the TVSI threads. You will note certain individuals who post here posting there with the same doom & gloom. All the Best ! Pugs
