IMO, Fonar wouldn't take a small amount to settle out of court. We do know from "other income" that the Hitachi, Philips, Siemens settlement out of court (not revealed) was ONLY $10 Million. I'm guessing off the top of my head there. I'd have to go back and look up the sec documents and add up other income. That's not much but Fonar needed the money pretty badly at the time. I think the Financial PR firm will have a hint of the settlement. BTW, is the THIRD time the charm? This is the third pr firm for Fonar but the FIRST Financial PR Firm for Fonar. ;-) Patti
