Peter: I would like to make a few comments on the State-run Chinese media publication one by one. 1:State-run Chinese Media: There is only one opinion, that of the state. No good 2:India...Strong armed force...out of line with its status as a developing country..defence expenditure rising ..19% of its population ...living in poverty. remember the motto: live free or die 3:The editorial .criticized India for test-firing a new rocket system....when world community was critical of New Delhi for conducting nuclear tests this month. Remember the last nuclear test china conducted when talks were going on. 4: India test-fired multi-barrel rocket system: Give up your rockets and let us talk. JPR
