Dave, this point about the short position is really interesting. When you consider all the volume of shares traded this week, there has to be a tremendous number of shares that have been sold short and borrowed... certainly many more than are mathematically available. I think it is probably several times more than are available in the "floating" float. I THINK that the market makers can go short without actually borrowing the stock BUT that they have to cover their positions within 72 hours.... so they would have to buy back pretty soon. I also understand that there are "undeclared" short sellers that somehow (illegally, as I understand it) sell and don't actually borrow the stock. I suppose sooner or later they have to cover but they could play havoc with the stock price, if they aren't caught, as it would illegitimately increase the float in the meantime.

It is more than a little annoying to me to read these outrageous lies about the company. It is a new world. What a way to trade... sell short a stock that has sky rocketed and then go on the Net with false rumors to try to drive it down so they can cover for a quick profit. None of them know anything about the Company at all.

By the way, speaking of knowing about the Company, Dr. G. has a new update on the home page that is very good. I hope they will keep it current.
