marianna; You need to READ MINE'S news release. This is a suit and MINE is involved. MINE has stated they are TRYING to work out a resolution with the SEC they haven't as of yet THUS THE SUIT BY THE SEC. Do you know what MINE means by; the Company has been aware of and active in settling the case for more than two years. The Company believes it has reached a settlement agreement with the SEC and that it will be submitted to the Commission for approval in the near future. Can you tell us what they are trying to settle? If not what's your point. Also the last news release had absolutely no substance, just a very brief summary. Try submitting that to a bank for funds and see what they say.
