Hi Zeev, I am not familiar with your music. Perhaps there is an original term we can come up for it, if we could hear a sample.
"Floorless" is a term that you can claim credit for along with
at least one other word that can also be traced back to you (g).

We've had discussions on this thread about Reg. S and Reg. D debentures. Basic Amigo rule is if a stock has this type of financing be nimble and be quick, if you really have to play at all. Did you see the NY Times article last Sunday on this subject? I am dissapointed to inform you that they did not use the term "floorless." I am thinking of writing to the editor.

Sergio

<lol> Zeev, without question, you get credit for the coined term,
"floorless". Funny, your name also pops up when I do an SI search for "couch" <vbg>..Speaking of which, how is our beloved Arakis doing? I was hoping maybe Razor would make his way back to the thread. I know he's busy, maybe when he gets settled in. Well,I'm still 80% cash(so far I've saved 1% retracement on my Growth and income funds, and have given up 2% advancement on my overseas funds[they've been outperforming the US markets recently]),and smelling blood for the upcomming week.Been using my mutuals to gauge the overall markets performance, here and abroad.. Has your positoned changed? I'm still nearterm bearish...Kenny (DD)
