You've asked good questions and Pugs is unwilling to answer them directly......does that tell you anything?? BTW, I was a shareholder until that press release came out and I had some of the same concerns that you asked about.

No, I believe the lawsuit was even thrown out last Fri., and I believe the float will eventually be reduced by reverse split down the line...growing pains!
