TG " The delay, of course, is financial" You made this comment on a former post. How are you certain of this? Have you talked with M. Millis? His position is clearly red tape. He claims we are being held up by inspectors, board meeting dates to discuss progress, etc... I'm not sure what to think. If CSMA and IR can brag about how they pushed the well permit though all the channels ahead of schedule, then why is it such a big deal to repeat that performance now?
