Unless you intend to sell out into every correction, the indicators should probably not concern you. MACD can, with some accuracy and some delay, signal an overbought stock beginning to lose strength, as well as it's inverse. Though I chart MACD on my mutual funds, it would take an exceptionally clear trendline breakdown accompanied by deteriorating fundamentals (mainly, sharply rising interest rates) to compel me to take any action.
