I really don't know how many shares he holds and sold. However, I've already been in the situation where the major shareholder (and president) of the company sold the majority of his shares just before the stock doubled in price. (Check out SAVLY and see when Bruce Saville sold his shares.) So, I don't very often use that as any kind of a thermostat. I'm waiting to see what happens after the split. Oh, and to a previous question, I didn't meet any other SI folks there. I wouldn't know how to recognize any. However, I expect that I was pretty noticeable. I think that I was the only one there in shorts. The suit stuff just isn't me...
