Found the following snippet in today's CBS MarketWatch Movers and Shakers column. ----Broadband data services provider Advanced Radio (ARTT) rose 1/8 to 13. On Tuesday, it said it may merge with telecommunications company Winstar Communications (WCII). Winstar fellÿ 7/16 to 39 1/8.---- I don't recall any previous indication that the source of the latest "rumor" was ARTT. Karen
