Speaking of being excited, I just cancelled "call waiting" and put in "message line" with "call forwarding -- busy" and "call forwarding -- no answer". This system allows me to talk on my phone without being interrupted by "call waiting", and yet not miss any incoming calls. When I am talking on the phone, an incoming caller is immediately directed to leave a message. Then, the next time I pick up the phone, I hear a constant beep, beep, beep -- which means I have a message(s) to retrieve. I also have my "message line" set up to answer the phone on the 4th ring and direct the caller to leave a message (obviously, for those times when I am not available to answer the phone). It's so nice to not be interrupted when talking to someone, and yet not miss any incoming calls! If you like it too, e-mail all your friends and tell them about it. Most of them will really appreciate it -- I know, because I have already heard back from several of my friends, thanking me.
