ALAN.... i guess we will all have to wait to see the numbers before we can all figure this thing out....as far as the price only going to .44.....i know alot of people have been holding shares in the .05 to .13 area so there was alot of profit taking on the news..i myself sold to get my original back.....plus it was a friday before a holiday weekend so alot of people were traveling and missed the news imo.....next week i think will answer alot of guestions on this one......i'm learning alot from you and gabard....so i hope you dont mind if i follow you guys around.....jeff

Alan you know common sense is not abundant on the internet. 1.) Why is the stock not being profile by reputable agenies instead of MEGA pump and dumpers. 2.) Why did the stock not have a movement prior to the news release? 3.) Why has the old lawsuit not been settled? 4.) Why is there a new lawsuit? Too many complications for me. GB

MIDL ... Suddenly is getting the bird dog affect to it also. 50% dividend on the MIDLP reduction of the warrants to $0.50. There is something coming and the Exxon request shows it is clearly getting industry attention. PLUS Heart Publications in Texas which is the trade paper for the cutting edge in the gas & oil industry has contacted Arcon . This is the real world not a bunch of internet pumpers. There are those wanting to speculate on the future in revenues and so forth where if they get a JV or buyout no one is going to be able to project the future of this company and the impact DF-144 is going to have. There is so much happening with this one as high profile investors, Large brokerage firms and insitutional buyers are stepping up to the plate. Just a matter of time ... GB
