X, Prove your statement: "philanthropy does not begin at home". I say it does. I can also tell you that I've supported many people besides my family, people that I took into my home, and children all over the world. And it is quite relevant what I would have done had my capital been left to me. Skipper

In my town if a citizen picked up a rake and started raking the school lawn the local Municipal Workers Union would file a grievance against the town demanding four hours pay at time and a half for contract violation and they would win. The Union workers are the only ones allowed to perform physical work on town property. It is called "job protection". Jim
