Just thought I would post a follow-up to my email battle with C&D ... In my last post on this subject I told you all how I had copied them on my complaint to the SEC. They responded asking for my fax number so that they could send me the full text, which I have already read.
Their latest reply to my accusation of misleading untrained investors about what information must be divulged and what may be kept confidential ... They said "If there were a reporting company, they would have to divulge every shareholder who owns over 5% of the company."

I replied: "Your letter says it all. 'If they were ...' ... well, they are not and they do not have to report such details. Your article makes it sound like they are doing something unscrupulous." I then went on to ask about their having been cited by the SEC for numerous unethical acts, market manipulation, and insider trading. I finalized by asking what their motivation was to bash a small startup company that no one else really cares about, an act that is seldom done.

Their answer again offered to fax me a copy of their article, but did not address any of the other concerns. I am amazed that the SEC lets them keep going, but like someone else on here has said before, enforcement is often very slow to come ...

Dear Webmistress,

A certain "stocksnoop" came on the pnlk thread and posted two outrageous messages.(See links) One can only conclude from these messages that his one all only purpose is to try to create some sort of fear regarding the company ProNetLink.

To post such a message about a company that has only had its product in front of the market for less than a week constitutes a felonious and libelous action.

SI allowing such a person to participate on SI's service and to post such outrageous messages potentially opens SI to ramifications if SI doesn't immediately tell this "stocksnoop" to cease and desist immediately from any such further actions.

The content of these posts, is particularly ludicrous because any one filing a Class Action Lawsuit would be foolhardy to declare as such here on a Public thread. Such an action would undermine these "shareholders's" suit, and most likely lead to a dismissal without any further recourse by whoever these shareholders supposedly are.

For that matter, who are these shareholder's? Since the "stocksnoop supposes to speak for many, he should disclose exactly who he is speaking for, otherwise the "stocksnoop" is further opening himself up even further legal actions.
