Hi Michael....

I have asked Don and Sean whether this year's annual meeting would be worth attending, and each of them told me there was not going to be a presentation made.

The "necessity" of passing the presentation apparently arises from the exceptionally long director's meeting that is to follow. It should be noted that the June Board meeting will be the first that the TRW representative will be attending, and though I don't know if it is accurate, a poster on the Yahoo "thread" recently indicated that there would likely be a change in Stan Dejardins company role at about that time.

I don't know if this is the time he will become "Chairman Emeritus" or not (with Don taking over the role of Chairman), but it would have to be viewed as possible given the fact that management is obviously trying to save some time with the public portion of the meeting. (Good grief, the shareholder's meeting is even scheduled for 8:00 AM!! Doesn't that suggest that they will need a full work day even after the meeting is over?)

I guess we will know as we get closer to the meeting.

Have a good day.
