well - that's Your style. In fact many indicators You look for do make great sense:

1) Authorized (the lower the better but >10 million)
2) Issued (<30 million, at worst < 50 million)
3) no floorless convertible debentures
4) special product OR patent advantage
5) company mangement with a proven track (biography)
6) financing obtained or contacts to obtain (?)
7) non-diluting history of operations
8) contracts coming up
