No problems. I will have it posted shortly.

Not bad...I was able to get back before my 15 minute edit allowance on this post expired with 10 minutes to spare. Call me speedy today!

"In addition, in July 1997, the Securities Exchange Commission ordered a formal order of investigation of the company and certain unidentified individuals associated with the company with respect to non-specified accounting matters, public disclosures and trading activity in the Company's securities. The Company is cooperating with the investigation and is providing information subpoenaed by the Commission".

I found this in the 10-Q filed recently with the SEC that covers the period that has ended March 31, 1998 that is currenltly available on the www.sec.gov webb site. This statement is to be found in each and every prospectus and quarterly filing that Informix has made since July of last year, including the earnings restatement.

Looks like I have 4 minutes left before my edit window closes after manually typing this ifnormation in. So I will add that between the lawsuits by former Illustra employees over their stock options, a combined class action shareholder lawsuit, and a lawsuit related to the derivatives traded on IFMX, and this SEC investigation, and this second earnings restatement, the company is under a dark cloud right now.
