You dont get it do you?
The heirs/NGS have sold to De Beers.
Therefore when the Minister looks at Section 24 he will decide wether SUF is a better option than De Beers.
The story is over as far as SUF is concerned.
At best they will still have to pay R75 Million and will have lost how many months of production and shareholder confidence.
I suggest that you ask the questions to SUF as I know what the answers are.
The heirs followed proper procedure and registered a company within 2 years of becoming aware of the rights.
If SUF followed procedure they would be mining the M1
