Sorry ! It's my take on the matter! The Buzz is getting big. We should trade more shares of MINE Tuesday than any other stock! The boys at CNBC will have to write about it. Sorry I should have made my self more clear.

Wouldn't CNBC's coverage be skeptical and tank the stock? They have been negative in the past of any BB stock that is hyped like this.

I want to like this thing, but with the previous scandal and the recent May fraud filing by the SEC, I wonder if this thing can really go up. I have read the response by current management, but until the SEC approves their proposal, this looks like a risk to me.

Also, does old management still have any connections and do they still own stock... how do the SEC fraud filings filed this month affect the current management? IT must in some way, because otherwise why would current management be trying to settle with the SEC?
